Almost every day, I realise that most managers do not have a clue how their staff use MS 365. As well as sending staff for training, or hoping they will do a course on their own, in fact it is the Managers who need the training so they can understand how much time is being lost, every day, by the unproductive staff.
A major culprit is Excel. If folk are not trained, then this program can be very dangerous to any business. It is also very time consuming to generate decent reports especially if they are being compiled once a week or month.
The answer in many cases is to use MS Access. This is the world’s oldest desktop Database but most folk have never heard about it even though it is probably installed on their computers.
A user can learn the basics in about two to four hours.
